Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@tdproduct.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
